This is a little nick-picky of me, but that's not 100% true.
The current "Wraithlord" concept is a combination of both the old Eldar Dreadnaught and something that was called a "Spirit Warrior". Back then, normal Eldar dreadnaughts still had a crewman like all the other dreds. The Spirit Warrior was guided by a soul stone like today's Wraithlords. Spirit Warrior's were recognizable becuase of their much smaller heads. The big headed ones had a living crewman

40k players are familiar with.
As to Chaos Dreadnaughts, I'm looking forward to seeing the weapon loadout options to see which one will be the best "counts as" fit for my Blood slaughterer of Khorne.

To further nitpick, the Ghost Warriors are the successors to the Wraith Guard which look almost the exact same as the Ghost warriors, except that they're not hunched over.
Since I know that Trenchie is into the old school, for the old Blood Slaughterer, I would actually say that the new Mutilators would be great, assuming that you have multiples. Otherwise, I recall the old Slaughterer having a whip, which would be great for a Helbrute with a Power Scourge.
If you have the newer Blood Slaughterer, I would recommend using it as a Maulerfiend.
