I have been a die hard Blood Angels Player since 2008. My Wife (am i lucky or what) Bought me for part of our anniversary a 5 man squad of MK6(she wrote down the I after the V i wanted Mark 4) armor SM from forgeworld. All of this aside i got the models today i am quite disappointed with the quality. The leg section on the standing 3 men are very poorly cast. By this i mean they are far worse than the bolt pistols in the assault squad pack about 1mm to 1.5mm out of true. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what forgeworld does about complaints like this? I am really excited about the new HH minis and books but if this is the norm for these kits i would love to know. i live in the U.S. so i want to make sure this isnt a problem before dumping hundreds upon hundreds of dollars if this is the quality i face(i also got the BA termie shoulder pads and they are great) thanks for any info you all have.

Call Forgeworld. They'll replace them. Don't bother sending an email; just call them. Customer service for both GW and FW are uniformly excellent and they'll replace any shoddy products you get.

So far I got 22 models from Forgeworld, out of that, I got:

1 Warped flamer, which was fixed with hot water.

2 air bubbles that could have been fixed with LGS had I had some at that time, one of them I hid under a homemade demo charge.

So yes, you got unlucky, do what Brother SRM suggested you to do.

I got two left hand sides to my Deimos when it arrived. I am currently waiting for the right side to be sent to me so I can build it!

FW is very good at replacing lost/miscast parts.

I was missing a part to a kit and I got the missing part 5 days after reporting it.
