Which primarchs survived the Horus Heresy and do you know what happened to them afterwards.

Please correct me if I'm wrong:

the DA Primarch survives, and is currently in stasis on the Rock, but this is secret and he's assumed missing.

The UM Primarch also survived, but he's now dead and now a sort of shrine, remains preserved by stasis.

Yes, he is. However, his stasis is all that's keeping him alive. For all intents and purposes, he's dead. He's been comatose since the incident, and removal from stasis with the wound he has will mean his death.It's rumored he's healing, but those are only rumors.

Also, Khan didn't just go into the Warp voluntarily, he went on a mission looking for warriors who had been captured by the Dark Eldar. He was sucked in by a warp storm and found his way to the Webway. We don't know what happened after that but it is implied that he found Commoragh and is there now. Rumors are he's become an urban legend among the Dark Eldar; a white devil in the sewers of the Dark City.
