Is there a to tell if someone has read your message on dakkadakka? I see there is a new/unread with a silver bullet is it? and a nodding troll under reply. Does the silver bullet thing mean its been read?

The bullet means you've read or not read the message, the nodding ork means you've replied to it.

I thought we had a read receipt... I could be wrong... might be a question for nuts and bolts.

There is no read receipt. I'm personally not a fan of them (though I appreciate they have some useful applications), so have avoided adding them for now.
