A Lord Commisar and a priest are attatched to a conscripts unit. The unit fails a test that would invoke the Lord Commisar's summary execution (I forgot whether it's a moral test, LD test, or both). Would the Lord Commisar execute a conscript (LD5) or the Preist (LD7)?

The priest is an idependent character.

The priest.
He allways executes the commader -> guy with highest leadership. Being an IP does not grant him immunity from execution

Minor adds...

Summary Execution triggers when a Morale test fails (not, say a Pin test).

p39 "While an IC is part of a unit, he counts as part of the unit for all rule purposes".

but a pinning test is a leadership test not morale.

Certainly. And a lord commissar doesn't shoot people when a squad fails to receive orders (or any other type of leadership test, for that matter).

But yeah, it's the priest.
