so im wanting to make a Cygnar mangled metal list and i have decided to use eHailey but im not sure what jacks to run besides thorn, thunder head, and a defender ... what else should i use?

How many points do you have to play with?

Its a 2 list deal one list is 25 points and the other is 50

Is anybody even looking at this topic anymore?

Edit: So the Tier List is out if you are set on including Thunderhead, I'd want the defender to take advantage of Temporal Acceleration, but only one because its a once-a-turn spell. A Hunter could be good, they are light on focus and can operate further away from her.

Thorn isn't necessary in the low point ones, a centurion will be able to defend her, and together it and a defender can lay down close range smack, the lancer can range forwards covered by the hunter and the defender...but if you are set on thunderhead and thorn, then its the first one.

thunder head would be in the 50 point list thorn id rather take over a regular lancer and the list is based more around hailys high focus and her spells but since its manglec metal i got to run a beat stick or two (Defender, Thunderhead)

So what i was going to do is have several lights and one heavy in the 25 list and add maybe 1 or 2 heavies into the 50 point and hopefully another light.

several melee beatsticks and several channelers and several ranged snipers makes it look like a good Jack only list ... let me know what you think.

Light 'jacks in mangled metal are tricky. You need to take ones that can hurt heavies without needing focus. Even eHaley doesn't have enough to go around. Minuteman and Hunter a good choices but the charger and POW 12 just don't cut it.

Don't get me wrong I love the charger, but his natural prey, solos, aren't around for him to explodinate. That just leaves a caster and I don't see that happening. It's too easy to shield that one target. The Sentinel is a better choice as you can cover Haley.

Hammersmith is also a nice 'jack, but I don't see what he's doing for you here. He wants lots of focus and you won't have it to go around with that many 'jacks. Take a Centurion. He's slow but he's a convenient place for Haley to hide that can't be slammed onto her. Better yet he can perform this role without help from the boss lady.

A stormwall seems tailor made for the 50 point list. Lots of power not so much focus. You can even get in some free hits on the caster with the storm pods. Not many granted, but blocking charge lanes is pretty damn nice too.

A Stormwall would be bad for MM at 50 points. The AoE's don't do anything for zone control and he'll go down quick since everything on the board is a threat to wreck him (and you will lose points in the exchange). The pods aren't as good at blocking lanes as you might think.

Thanks for the advice. the reason i toke the charger was just to fill out the pc and the hammersmith was for melee potential and because he was 1 pc cheaper then the centurion but i guess ill have to rework the list. would you mind working out a 50 point list for her (just keep thorn and the hunter)
