Why has a small thread about Primarch rules been shut down when there's a huge thread that mods have contributed to with half a dozen scans of the new Chaos Codex rules?

Is this some weird policy or have the mods simply not noticed that the thread contains scanned rules? I find it hard to beleive they haven't seeing as it pretty much says so in the thread title.

Hit the yellow triangle on any page that has scanned rules or full unit costs on the chaos thread, dude.

The Primarch thread was not shut down for scans as far as I recall, so that is a separate issue.

Scans of stuff is usually allowed as long as it is news and rumors. If any copyright owners complain they would get taken down. Once a book is released and it becomes "sharing of stuff you can use" instead of "talking about stuff coming out" they usually get taken down pretty quickly.

Just a difference of talking about the scans, and using the scans to play a game.

If you see more scanned images of rules, please report them.

Okay, my bad. I assumed in such a large thread mods would have seen them.

Honestly, I hadn't even looked at the CSM N&W thread until someone (you perhaps?) reported the scanned rules this afternoon.
