Question #1: Are Primaris Psykers a good choice? What Discipline should he take if they are? Are the Psyker Choirs a good choice?

Question #2: I'm making a Tallarn Army and I kinda wanna use Captain Al'Raheem. How best can I use him? Should I like put him and his platoon in Chimeras or something?

The Restrictions I Put On My Tallarn Lists:
- Missile Launchers are the only HW teams allowed in Infantry Squads.
- All units able to take the FW Desert Raider special rule, must take it in lists of 750 points or more.
- 1 unit of 10 Rough Riders is required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- 2 units of Mukaali Rough Riders are required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- No vehicles besides Chimera Armoured Transports and Hydra Flak Tank Batteries are allowed.
- Al'Rahem is required in lists of 1000 points or more.

1. Dont believe psykers are very good at all.

2. He can't do hes special thing if they are in vehicles, have to be on foot only.

A primaris psyker should choose the CCS discipline, with 4x melta or plasma guns.

Al'Rahem is a delivery system, so pick what you want to deliver in a flanking position. Usually this means 4x melta on his command squad, and infantry squads that can hold objectives you wouldn't otherwise be able to reach. Chimeras can be very useful, but I would give the Chimeras to non-outflanking units first if you have a limited supply of them since the non-outflanking units have a longer distance to move to get anywhere. The main thing to watch out for is the cost of the unit, if you have too much of your army off the table your opponent can focus on your on-table forces and wipe them out before Al'Rahem can arrive.

Wrong. Please read the rules for outflanking before posting.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
