So, the basic question is, if a unit is in combat and is forced to fall back, can it move through the unit it is fleeing from?

So, let's say that I charge 10 Tactical marines with 20 Termagants, in the process completely wrapping the unit. Thanks to a nearby Tervigon, I win combat by two, and casualties aren't enough to break the "wrap" around them I have. Now, the tacticals fail that Ld. check, and are forced to fall back as I fail to sweep. However, being wrapped by gants, they can't make a fall back move.

Do they either a. get to ignore and move through the unit in order to fall back, or b. are destroyed for not having enough room to fall back the full distance? If this was shooting I believe theyd be destroyed, but I'm unsure of Close Combat. Answers appreciated!

The fleeing unit can freely move through the unit they lost combat to. The rule is the top of pg 30 on the right.

Thank you very much! Gotta love it when rules questions are easy to answer without debates.
