Can a Void Dreamer taken as an allied detachment with a Webway Portal allow the Craftworld Eldar list to which he's attached to enter play through it? Is it considered the same as the Dark Eldar WWP and given a solid "NO!"? Viable tactic for a Ghost Army or do you cry cheese and let slip the Hounds of Gouda?

Don' t think it works...
HOWEVER....
Corsairs are allowed to take 1 Elite from Craftworld Eldar so...
You could pass some Wraithguard through the WWP since they are from the Corsair FOC and are therefore subject the rules of the Corsairs.

Im inclined to belive that yes, it would work in this case. The Corsairs list are considered a Craftworld list as per the allies matrix.. so eldar/eldar are battle brothers.

One reason I think it could work is that Mymeara is a craftworld eldar army that is allied to the Corsairs in IA11.
Erik_Morkai, I'm going to run an Eldar Ghost Army with wraithguard and wraithlords led by a wraithseer. I had hoped to utilize a Dark Eldar Coven detachment for the WWP until it was FAQ'ed. Then I read the Void Dreamer's errata indicating he can take a WWP...
