Not sure if this has been asked here in Dakka Dakka.
Unlike their other psy-powers, the Doom psy-power enables any failed wounding hits towards the target model/unit be re-rolled. The spell description did not mention the re-rolling part being applicable to wounds caused by Eldar models/units only.
Lets say for example, a unit of Khorne Berzerkers has been afflicted by Doom. Can my allied models/units re-roll their wounding roll if they target the Doomed Khorne Berzerkers unit?

Yes, Doom is basically a Malediction. Similarly, if the the Doomed unit is standing next to vehicle that gets blown up,the wounds from that would also get re-rolled.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

That is why doom is an awesome force-multiplication Psychic Power, and easily the top psychic power in the Eldar codex. (because of the broad range of usefulness and overall impact on winning games).

Just to expand, although it is a malediction, it does not require line of sight to use.

It's not a malediction, it has no defined type.

I'm interested to see how this would interact with Kharn if he was leading that squad of zerkas and was the closest model to the unit that shoots it in the subsequent shooting phase. Would all hits automatically land on the zerkas who are affected by doom or would a psychic power get to effect someone who is immune to them? lol
