Guarding Guardian

So I'm in a painting escalation tournament, and we're moving up to 750 next week. It's not necessarily a very competitive tournament, more just a way to convince the members of our gaming group to get our unpainted models done. The list I'm planning on is themed around a fast strike team force, supported by rangers.
What are weaknesses that you see? It will be difficult to make changes, as I need to have everything painted by Tuesday and won't have a large amount of time to dedicate to painting between now and then, but feel free to suggest different units. I mostly just want to know what people think I will need to watch out for and strategies to employ.
Eldar Army - 749
Farseer (183) - Jetbike, Singing Spear, Spirit Stones, Runes of Warding, Guide, Mind War, Eldritch Storm (powers to be traded for BRB)
Guardian Jetbikes x3 (76) - Shuriken Cannon
Guardian Jetbikes x3 (76) - Shuriken Cannon
Rangers x5 (120) - Pathfinders
Warp Spiders x5 (142) - Exarch w/ Dual Death Spinner, Withdraw
Swooping Hawks x5 (152) - Exarch w/ Sunrifle, Skyleap, Intercept

Executing Exarch

You might consider sneaking an emboldenlock into your GJB squad with your farseer. Re roll psychic tests, morale tests and it could get you another witchblade or spear for CC/AT. If you drop a psychic power and demote the pathfinders to rangers, you can afford the warlock on a jetbike.
Change withdraw to powerblades to get embolden. Spiders should rarely be assaulting, and if they are assaulted they will likely die. Powerblades gives you a chance to beat small squads and at least take a few with you if you get caught by an assault unit. This also makes your exarch capable of challenging space marine sarges with fists to better protect your squad.
Your list lacks heavy AT except for the hawks. Being that they are your only real counter to Av13/14, they will be quickly shot down. Be careful on how you use them if you are going to need the haywire grenades.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

I agree with Serling, getting the warlock would be a good idea, as it would really boost the effectiveness of the farseer as well as the squads CC potential against pretty much any enemy.
In terms of AT though, at the 750 point level I doubt people will be taking more than one heavy tank so I think the Swooping Hawks should be sufficient. Remember too since 6th is more about objectives than kill points its more important to simply take and hold ground. Don't forget those secondary objectives! First blood is something Eldar can do really well with guided focus fire, however with small squads too like the guardian jet bikes they can kill one of your squads easily too, so just keep them moving around to get that jink save. Also, with swooping hawks its amazingly easy to get that Linebreaker vp so that should help too.

Adding the Warlock is a good idea. I'll make the changes that Dr. Serling suggested to get him in there with Embolden. It would probably be a good idea to get him a Spear too. Is it worth dropping Intercept from the Hawks to get it for him? This spreads my better anti-tank around more, but means the Hawks aren't quite as consistent.
Also, I forgot to mention that for this level there are no AV 14 vehicles allowed, so I'll only have to deal with 13. Also, I believe that there are still no Flyers allowed, but I could be mistaken.
EDIT: I just realized I only have 7 jetbike models total, so I can't do that full plan. Would it be worth it to drop a power from the Farseer and just have one squad of 5 Jetbikes with a Shuriken Cannon plus the Warlock with Embolden and Spear?
