I have read about each model then read them again. I have built lists and torn them apart with my own critique. I think I finally have something worth fielding. Please give me all the feedback you can!

Seems fine for starting, I would suggest marshalling the hunter on the journeyman who will cast and upkeep arcane on the stormclad.

It's a good list. I like gunmages or long gunners with eHaley as her shoot twice spell (Temporal Acceleration?) is simply awesome with those units. The squire probably isn't necessary here as you don't have enough 'jacks to take advantage of the increased control area. At 16" eHaley should be able to follow around the Stormclad fine without putting herself in danger.

If you lose the stormclad, the squire, and the stormblades you'd have enough to get full long gunners and and an ironclad. That's three power twenty shots a turn that only miss on snake eyes.

You'll also be able to move twice at SPD 7 and still shoot twice. I've killed casters with that trick. It's a 21" threat range that many players don't see coming.

Just some thoughts. The list you have is decent, but is a little too melee focused for eHaley who wants to stay back more.
