The warriors wont last too long without a res orb or such to give them some more longevity.
Immortals in night scythes are good, and you can't really go wrong with A-barges, that makes 5 destructors on the field and a lot of bodies, but Szeras really isnt very good as an HQ, but he is indeed cheap

Maybe switch it around and replace Szeras with an Overlord of some kind.

Szeras as an HQ isnt bad since he does buff a random troop choice and does give Assualt and defencive grenades to a unit he joins and has a str 8 ap 2 36" range gun but i find overlords with Warscythes better. you have quite a few troops for 1000 points and in a 100 point game yes troops are essensial but this might help some. Drop the one night scythe and bump the squad of Immortals to 10 in the other and split your necron warriior squad into 2 squads of 10 now your at 900 points you could drop a few warriors from each squad maybe 2 each to give you 152 points available and take 3-4 wraiths w/ some Whip coils for CC wraiths are also a major threat to your opponent which means that they are a target while you shoot them to ribbons with the rest of your army i would advise changing your HQ but its really up to you in 1000 points Szeras is deffinetly a viable choice just for cost effectiveness
