Hi everyone, long time lurker first time dakka member, I am a part time painter and terrain builder and a full time hoarder from the wonderful realm of Suburban southern Canada. I have been absorbed by this hobby for quite a few years now and am loving it as much now as the starry eyed child I was a long time ago when I broke open the old piggy bank and bought my first starter set. I love painting and modeling (although I still have yet to fully paint any army that Satisfied me!) I live for the lore, but hardly ever play because our dreary little border city's GW closed down and no clubs are around for miles, but I do have a friend who plays. Anyway, I will have to get some pics of my stuff up as soon as I can borrow a decent camera. I play Orks, Blood Ravens and Tyranids as well as some fantasy orcs and Lizard men on the side. Thanks for welcoming me into the community, walk softly, and carry a big gun!

You'll have to get that camera soon and post some pics of your terrain. Regarding gamers near where you live, it could be worthwhile popping over to the Find a Game section to see if you can locate any willing victims - erm, I mean friendly gamers, of course...
