I'm trying to remember the name of a chapter whose color scheme I used back in 2nd edition days.

the armor was black and white and the shoulder pads where black with yellow piping and the eagle was yellow.

I saw it in one of the old codex's at the time.

I think you might be talking about the Omega Marines. They are listed in the Insignium Astartes. The paint scheme is left side white, right side black, yellow eagle and yellow trim on the shoulder pads. http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Omega_Marines
