Reaper makes colored metallic paints. I know they have green but doubt they make pink. You may want to try getting a pearlescent white and mixing in some magenta paint or ink for metallic pink. I believe Vallejo also makes a metallic medium.

Reaper Pro series had a pink pearlescent back in the day, long since discontinued.

Blank metallic medium and some pink pigment should do.

I've used Aqueous Hobby Colour and they have a few metallic colours, though I don't think they have pink, however you could probably mix something from the other metallics (I made purple by pouring blue metallic into a bottle of red metallic).

They're pretty good paints, though a bit trickier to use than GW paints, however the metallics also look much nicer than the GW metallics IMO (more of a pearl finish).

The aqueous hobby colour range is acrylics, like GW paints and so on. If you're willing to try enamels, there's a ton of coloured metallics, as enamels are the paints of choice of model car/plane enthusiasts, as such there's a lot more choices in metallics.

Another option is Testors make a range of acrylics that have a lot of metallics as well. I believe hot pink pearl is a metallic, and there's a few other options as well...
