"Babylon 5" star Michael O'Hare has died at the age of 60. The actor, who starred as Commander Jeffrey Sinclair in the sci-fi series, passed away on Friday, five days after he suffered a heart attack and slipped into a coma.

"Babylon 5" creator J. Michael Straczynski has paid tribute to O'Hare, calling his loss a terrible blow.
He writes in a post on Facebook, "This is a terrible loss for all B5 ['Babylon 5'] fans, and everyone involved with the show wishes to convey their condolences to the O'Hare family. He was an amazing man."

O'Hare was a regular cast member in the first season of "Babylon 5," and he also made appearances in the second and third seasons. His TV work also included roles in "Law & Order," "L.A. Law" and soap opera "One Life to Live," and he performed in the original Broadway production of "A Few Good Men."- MSN TV News.

I really liked this show back in the day. This is sorry news indeed.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Sad news indeed.

more of an OT board topic than news and rumours however, so off we go...

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Damn... too young. RIP fella

Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about his religion. Respect others in their views and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life. Beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.

B5 invented American TV and proved that a British style story-arc centric plot could be a huge success. They even knocked Star Trek off it's oh-so-high pedestal and claimed the Hugo Awards in their 3rd season!

really sad news to hear that another B5 allumni has sadly left us, and begun his journy beyond the rim.

RIP

Now this is a real shame, first Andreas Katsulas and Richard Biggs now Michael O'Hare. Allot of the B5 cast are bowing out far too early.

Another dead hero. The universe seems alittle darker with his loss.
