Hi, I´m Salva from Spain.

We have a lot of discussion in Spain about the new Point of view rules and the shooting phase.

First of all, reading de rulebook we find a big new change at the miniature´s point of view. It´s says than the miniatures can see if you can make a line between the miniature´s eye and his target.

In the Movemente phase it´s said than you can rotate the miniature to face your oponen, but it´s not sayed in the shooting phase.

So, we can asume an unit can fire if almost one of his members can see an enemy target, but only the miniatures who can make a line between his eyes and his oponents can fire.

This is an important doubt, because it´s mean than some miniatures can´t fire if you don´t think well your movements, for exaple if other of yours units kills one enemy who you face whit other unit, or playing defensife fire by your back.

I know that tanks and monstruouse creatures has his own rules about vision, but for the other miniatures it´s no clear.

Plese what do you think about that? We have a lot of problem with that. Some thinks is a real change like 2nd edition, and other says that is the same like 5th ed.

Excuse my bad english. Regards for all yours.

Facing does not affect an infantry model's ability to shoot at something. Pg 10. You can also draw LOS through your own unit , which includes the model itself. pg 8

This, pretty much is the same as 5th, except for how many models can be hit/wounded, but the LoS remains the same
