You can easily drop 2 points. Do it.

First off remove the individual points costs, a total for the whole unit is all you need, and are allowed by the board rules, to put.

Second....Draigo AND Crowe? Really? Pick one of them dude, you don't need both. At 2000 pts this army will get destroyed by most opponents. GKs are an elite army but this is too elite. You're Raven (as the only vehicle) will go down in flames almost immediately to anti tank and then said anti tank will be turned on the paladins. Your rav en is also highly confused on its weapon loadout. Yes you have PotMS but eventually you'll be wasting one weapon or the other shooting at things that it can't hurt. You've also got way too many upgrades. MCing a storm bolter? Not needed, I'd drop all the MC you have in the purifier squads, drop psybolts.

You need more anti tank, whether you use Psydreads, Land Raiders, Dreadknights or other means, you need more. Most armies will have 2-4 transports and a couple of main battle tanks and/or monsterous creatures at 2000 pts.

You need to decide what you want to use, it's not for us to decide for you.

1. Do you want to use Draigo or Crowe, with the point cost involved for these guys and the troop units they offer, there is no way you can make a "good" list with both in my opinion.

2. If you go with Draigo, you need to look at using Paladins, obviously, but you also need to consider cheap fire support, such as x2-3 Dreadnoughts with x2 TL Autocannons and Psybolt Ammo, add a search light for 136 points a model.
3 If you go with Crowe, not a lot different in the need for ranged fire support, but overall Purifiers are definitely cheaper, allowing you more units, transports, such as Rhinos, as well as having Dreadknights as a bigger support option.

I would not be the one to suggest a Draigo list as I am not much of a fan of his, but I could suggest a Crowe list that I have played in the past.

HQ
150 - Crowe
120 - Ordo Xenos Inquisitor (Mastery Level 1, Force Sword, Plasma Pistol, Rag Grenades, Psyotroke Grenades, Power Armor)

Troops
244 - x7 Purifiers (x2 Daemon Hammers, x2 Psycannons, x3 Halberds) - Rhino
244 - x7 Purifiers (x2 Daemon Hammers, x2 Psycannons, x3 Halberds) - Rhino
244 - x7 Purifiers (x2 Daemon Hammers, x2 Psycannons, x3 Halberds) - Rhino
244 - x7 Purifiers (x2 Daemon Hammers, x2 Psycannons, x3 Halberds) - Rhino

Heavy Support
235 - Dreadknight (Personal Teleporter, Heavy Incinerator)
235 - Dreadknight (Personal Teleporter, Heavy Incinerator)
136 - Dreadnought (x2 TL Autocannons, Pysbolt Ammo, Searchlight)
136 - Dreadnought (x2 TL Autocannons, Pysbolt Ammo, Searchlight)

1988 Total

I am off on the point total of the Xenos Inquistor, but forgive me I can't recall all the point costs for his crazy upgrades.

But the list is giving you a solid 4 troop units, that have 8 Psycannons that are great 24'' firing guns, 2 solid 48'' range support, and 2 big monstous creatures that can be a big threat to anyone really. You mentioned owning the Vindicare, and as much as I "want" to like him on the table, he isn't worth the point cost to me.

Black Templars 3000
Grey Knights 3000
Menoth 190 points
Circle 60 points
