Hey Dakka,

I just got short notice to do a Team Tourny this month! Well, last time I ran in a team tourny i had a pretty solid list for the Adepticon down in Chicago IL.
I ran:
EC,
20 man mob squad,
2 squads of las plaz at 5 men,
and 6 terminators (if i remember that correctly)
Now that list wont work since i need a HQ. Any ideas would be great!

Right now I am thinking of a few lists, but havent "number crunched" them yet.

EC w/ ACC
Marshal on a bike with SS, and a bike squad w/ Meltas (x3 meltas)
2 blob squads( melta fist) depending on points, i would like to get these as close to 20 men as possible.

OR

EC w/ ACC
Marshal in a command squad and x 2 meltas
2 - 9 man melta fist
Techmarine- SS

I do not know what my other team mate will be bringing, thats the first problem with this, and i wont have any time to test this out. Its a " for fun tourny" anyways.

Thoughts? Or any solid 1000 points lists? I run my templars "Fluffy", so mainly assault orientated.

Give some more rules about FOC for example. Also any information on your partners army? like codex?

To the best of my knowledge, there are no restrictions on the FOC. This is the crappy part... I dont even know who my partner is! So basically I am looking for a decent 1k list to support my self.
