About 36" apart, if hydra goes first it will probably do well, if it doesnt its screwed, but not entirely sure on destroyer stats so maybe not

It's not equal at all. The Grand Master strikes at I5, and even if not on the charge, will net 2.6 wounds, and the Destroyer Lord only has a 4+ invulnerable, while the GM only needs to have one of those wounds actually go through. The Destroyer Lord will die before he even gets a chance to attack.

So long as he's within 18 inches when he infiltrates, he'll get the charge (12 inch charge range rocks!). With 7.5 attacks on the charge average and a S4 power weapon, he'll go through the squad faster than a 14 year old boy goes through tissue paper.
Oh, and by the way, your squad is 169 points, the sister superior is mandatory.
