On a useful note as an old salamander player, maybe drop one termie and take a land raider redeemer with multi melta, the flamestorm cannons do not benefit from Vulcan but hey the Salamanders found the plans for it and used them first, so it is very fluffy, with those 40 spare points drop a dread and take another
tac squad with either rhino or drop pod. If you dropped the master of the forge with the servitors combined with 10 points saved on the land raider redeemer over the land raider crusader you would have 190 points which pays for a captain on bike with artificer armour, thunder hammer and storm shield, who will make the bikes scoring and give your wife 4 troops and another tough
HQ who can sponge wounds for the squad if needed.

EDIT: Turns out I am 5 points over, drop the combi wep from the third
tac squad I mentioned or if you are a friendly group 5 points does not really matter.
