Irked Necron Immortal

The sun hangs low on Myr Lityn; The Dahk turns to look at it, reflecting on what hes seen and what he glimpsed of today. He senses his two Tomb Stalkers Bhalhtu and Zekhu silently creep from the shadows cast by the pillars of the dusty over-watch platform he stands stoic at. The dim light cast by his yellow eyes reflecting on the treated glass-steel that separates him from the ravages of the planet.

"I watched with great interest as the forces of the Myr Lityn Dynasty phased in on the surface of Masali of the Venta System. Chancellor Araados was tasked with clearing out the local area of all indigenous life forms to make way for the reclamation of the World Engine. During this scouring however, I watched as his task force came into contention with a renegade group of feral orks within the vicinity of his harvest sector."

He turns to monologue with his audience.

"I was quite pleased with the results as I watched this battle unfold within four short minutes. The only real loss he suffered was the force of Immortals and one of his own Crypteks of the Transmogrification classification... and that of his own frame. Hes currently undergoing reconstruction here on Myr Lityn as well as his Cryptek, unfortunately, the Immortal squadron self destructed as they were swept aside by the ork forces in the last moments of the third minute.
Again, I was quite pleased with the firepower that bore down on the ork nuisance. One monolith and two Annihilation Barges made short work of orks on their cobbled scrap called warbikes. Two full regiments of warriors teamed with one Lord, each gifted with Resurrection orbs from our vault also ensured a near flawless victory.
Blasting from the Barges in the throes of the second minute brought their stolen siege vehicle to a stop while more Tesla fire from these barges also brought down one of their so called 'dakka' aircraft. The Monolith was also responsible for the swift annihilation of the ground infantry with a great deal of power from its Particle Whip. Bringing an end to the remainder of the warbike squadron in the middle of the third minute.
At the end of the fourth minute, only one flying object and one of the warbike 'nob' remained while the rest of Araados' force stood strong with only having lost the regiment of Immortals that he and his Cryptek were overseeing. The highlights of this harvest was indeed the Ghost Ark replenishing the downed Warriors brought upon them by the orks 'Waagh!'... And my personal favorite of watching one of these lowly Warriors bring an end to the one called 'Wazzdakka Gutsmek' with a clean cleave of its Gauss Blaster."

The Dahk turns back to the glass-steel, his eyes narrowed as the light reflection shows the facial expression. He pauses briefly before continuing with his monologue.

"I shall allow Araados an upgrade of his stature within Myr Lityn from Chancellor to Regent for his valor and that of his harvest detachment. While he may have lost one small regiment of Immortals armed with Tesla Carbines, I will overlook this failure for now as he has shown his determination in the reclamation of the World Engine, and in due time, the rest of our Galaxy... Come Bhalhtu, heed Zekhu. We have a ceremony to prepare for our new Regent."

As he finishes his last sentence, the shadows cast by the pillars seem to grow unnaturally; Completely engulfing the three and in an instant, the shadows diminish to their normal size, yet the three are no where to be found...
