Question for those more knowledgeable: Do the Fallen still wear Dark Angels iconography?

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

Yes they do, some discard there armour to hide in plain sight , some join other fallen and form warbands for hire.
and there are some who are corrupt and are tainted.
but they all still carry some sort of iconography be it armour, weapon or a small keep sakes.

In the hunt for the fallen we shall never tire it is our sacred duty to restore our honour that has been stained and when the hunt is over we shall have redeemed our selves in the Emperors gaze.

It would depend on the tendencies of each particular Fallen, some still believe they were the loyal ones and I would imagine they would still wear at least their DA icons. The ones that have embraced being chaos would probably deface those same icons if not get rid of them entirely.

Also note that if they kept their armour the same, it would be in the black heresy-era colour scheme. Not the post-heresy green.

Some would, some wouldn't. Some ditched their armor all together.
Check out Cypher's armor. Somehow his DA sword was flipped upside down broken.

The Fallen is a catch all term for those Dark Angels that Rebelled. They are no longer a single group, with each surviving member having completely different beliefs and outlooks to the other members.
Also fluff wise you would hardly ever see any group of Fallen together at the same time (bar Cyphers involvement) as they are spread throughout time and space.

I disagree in the black librairy book " Angels of Darkness" the member of the Fallen who is being interrogated by Interrogater-Chaplian Boreas tells him found others like him and they joined up to build a ship out of pirate vessels on a backwater space station.

The Fallen can operate in Warbands but they are mostly the lone wolf type. They also seem to be the best of the best in chaos ranks, usually taking the role of a Jaffar-like character

Mmm jaffa cakes.
They can be drawn to one another through space and time, some are the orignal fallen while others are made from stolen DA geneseed or have fallen since the heresy.
they tend to argue amongst themselves over what course of action they should take and are fractisous in nature but will unite under Cypher if their goal is the same or it serves their purpose.
in answer to the OP they can be which every colour you want and still have the iconography as it has been known for them to pass themself off as loyalists when the need serves.

Come into my web, said the spider to the fly.
Come rest your wings, and let us talk eye to eye.
For I am a spider, and you are the fly. Now that you are here, let us sit, and say hi.
But I have have no morsel to share, nor anything to eat. But wait, what is that stickiness upon your feet.
Ah now I have you, now I can eat. Now I can enjoy you, or store you as meat.
For I am the spider, and you are the fly. How else could it have gone, between one such as you, and one such as I.

I don't see why you would have to disagree with me, I said hardly ever, not never. Whilst some do band together most live alone or at least not in contact with other fallen.
