I've put together a list to represent a Minotaurs strike force (FYI close assault chapter, used to be prone to a bit of beserk rage, high support from Terra so lots of tech). Please take the time to comment:-

Librarian + jump pack (125pts)
Honour Guard + 4 plasma guns + jump packs (225pts)

Librarian + jump pack (125pts)
Honour Guard + 4 plasma guns + jump packs (225pts)

Sanguinary Guard + power fist + 2 plasma pistols (230pts)

10 Assault Marines + 2 meltaguns + power axe (225pts)

10 Assault Marines + 2 meltaguns + power axe (225pts)

5 Assault Marines + flamer + power axe (120pts)

Total = 1500pts

Well, I played DoA at several occasions and know how it plays. However, I played at higher pt levels and always included Vanguard Vets (5 men with pf). They never disappointed my with their herioc intervention.
Nevertheless, you're army seems viable as it is. What powers did you give the Librarians? Blood lance and shield were always my pick.

Thats a lot of gets hot rolls with the honor guard. Maybe try to squeeze a priest in for FNP just in case and keep him with one unit maybe between the 2 honor guard units.

Can you take 2 Honor guards?

I like this list! I would recommend taking the Primas Power from Divination in the BRB on one of your Libby's. Twin Linked Plasma......drool (well that is what I do anyways).

The idea was to take the Divination power that allows re-rolls that way I have 4 plasma guns, re-rolling some misses and the Priest for FNP.

My biggest worry is the Sanguinary Guard - any ideas?

What is your worry with the SG specifically? I have not played mine in 6e yet, but I think they got much better due to the different AP on power weapons.

I would recommend putting a Libby with shield in the squad to boost their survivability and making sure they are close to one of your HG.
