Excited About the Great Crusade

Finland, The deep forests of Pohjanmaa

Yo. I've lurked around this forum for sometime, and ended up here more of then not through google searches, so I though I might as well sign up. I'm also ghosting around The Great Crusade forum, SpaceWolf Community and occasionally Heresy-Online, with the user name Warwolf or WarWolf88.

I've been collecting Warhammer 40k since 2001 when I bought the old 3rd Edition starter box (I've managed to misplace most of the marines and some of the DEldar, but I've still got the Land Speeder and rulebook. In here somewhere...). In all these years I've played 4 games, and won 1 of them (my DA Codex using Marines versus Chaos Daemons, 5th Edition).

Currently I have a number of army projects that include a Space Wolves force, a loyalist Word Bearer "Paladins of the Truth" Chapter army (the one that beat the snot out of the Daemons), an Imperial Army/Guard force, and finishing the models from the Dark Vengeance box (which includes the Limited Edition Chaplain). I'll put up a blog soon enough. I have to warn you though, I'm lazy git when it comes to taking pictures, and those infernal contraptions seem to have something against, which is the reason for the poor quality. Honest

Lastly, I'm also something of a Fluff geek, and I've written down quite a bit of stuff for my armies (mostly ones that I actually don't have but have dreamed to field some day...). I might some of them to the Dakka Fiction. I'm also writing a monster of a background that encompasses all of the armies that I'm currently making. Stay tune...

And I do apologize for any and all mutilations of the English language, be it grammar, spelling or otherwise.

The loyalist Word Bearers army sounds awesome. Hope to see some pics or some of your fluff about them soon!

Thanks!

I have some pics of the few loyalist Word Bearers that I've actually completed, so I can posting those at some point, but the fluff is still WIP (its part of the massive project that I mentioned.)

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
