I'm assuming you're saying it has something to do with Mat Ward because it's a "Khorne Sorceror". Actually would make a decent Dark Apostle. That capslock is on par with the oh-so-eBay ~*PR0 PaInTeD L@@K!!!!11!!*~ items.

Yeah. It would actually make a cool Dark Apostle, but it is NOT "pro-painted" very well. I mean, it is a good paintjob, but far from pro level of skill. But why would they cal it "Khorne Sorceror?"

One good thing I will say, the picture is a good one of the model. You can clearly see what the actual paint job is. 
Anyway, real cool pose. Nice Dark Apostle figure with what is not a horrible paint job. I'd market it as TT quality.

Who lost his sorcerers power as a result when he became a Daemon Prince.
Don't diss him though, he's the most awesome lore breaking thing in the universe, nobody can scream out Khorne's motto, sound awesome, and even add onto it and make it sound that good.
