when i Have Flying monstrous creature in swooping mode and shooting at zooming flyer, shoot i with normal monstrous BS or 6+ to hit?

According to the BRB FAQ Skyfire is only allowed to Swooping FMCs.

Unless the FMC has Skyfire, it is resolved as a Snapshot p81

(Edit: I'm assuming the target zoom condition trumps the Swooping Hunter rule)

Swooping FMCs use normal BS to hit zooming flyers according to the BRB FAQ. It is not in the book itself.

Fkyer - Shots resolved at Zoorning Flyer can only be resolved as Snap Shots (unless the model or weapon has the Slryfire special rule, as f described on page 42).

Skyfire - A model with this special rule, or that is firing a weapon with this special rule, fires using its normal ballistic Skill when shooting at Flyers, Flying Monstrous Creatures and Skimmers. Unless it also has the Interceptor special rule, it can only fire snap shots against other targets.

FMC SPECIAL RULES - Flying Monstrous Creatures have the Fear, Hammer of W'rath, Move Through Cover, Relentless Smash and Vector Strike special rules.
