Is the +1 Leadership bonus included in the Daemon Prince from the new Chaos Space Marines included in its profile? Basically, is he Leadership 9 or 10?

I'm assuming yes, as the various Chaos Marks, Chaos Bikes, etc are included in the profiles of Typhus, Khârn, Chaos Bikers and such, but just checking what others think.

If he comes with anything that modifies his statline, that bonus is already included in the profile.
