Hi, just signed up. I'm more of a board gamer than a miniature gamer. I do however have lots of boardgames with miniatures in them (Doom: the boardgame, starcraft, gears of war, war of the ring). I haven't painted minis since I played rogue trader all those years ago when I was too young and impatient to do it properly. So I've signed up in an effort to learn a few more skills. So far I've painted a few 40k minis that have been sat in a box for 20 years, some zombies from last night on earth, and the marines from doom. I've been to my local GW shop a couple of times and I'm trying really hard not to pick up one if the starter boxes they have....
