Ok, if i understand correctly, every HQ and aspiring champion have a deamon weapon and we can use that attack if we dont chose to use the normal attack?

Nope not at all.
There are only 4 daemon weapons in the Codex. Two of which can be bought by anyone who can buy Chaos Artifacts.
Drach'Nyen on Abaddon
Typhon's Manreaper
The Black Mace
The Axe of Blinding Fury (Needs the Mark of Khorne)
There are to my knowledge there are no other Daemon weapons

Well they've improved in that on a roll of a one for the Daemon weapon extra attacks, you take the wound but retain your original attacks but they are made at Weapon Skill 1.
I know Abaddon (Maybe a Chaos Lord etc) can attack using either the Daemon Weapon or with the Talon of Horus.

If by have you mean can buy then yes, they all have access to buy one of two daemon weapons. One of them being Khorne only and the other being the Mace.
I wouldn't put a 35 pt upgrade on a 1 wd champion, though. Just sayin'.

I don't think Champs can buy the Daemon weapons as they're technically Chaos Artifacts while most Champs can only buy from the Melee/Ranged Weapon list.
