If you were going to build a 25pt list for a Highlander Tourney what would it look like?

Depends on how close to 25 you have to be. You can't go with a high fury caster with this since you'll constantly be cutting for fury. If you can take a second beast, I'd take an Axer with the first eMadrak list.
