Hi my name is barb and i have a shop in fore street Redruth in cornwall. i an having a 40k campaigne which starts wed 10/10/12 (sorry its short notice) but you can come down anytime an play, shop name is barbs lil shop no 89. The campaigne will run for 10 weeks and the entry fee is £5.00 which will go towards the first prize. the points will be up 2,000 and you will play 3 games per week but if you cant manage that you can always catch up by playing more games on your days off ect. the shop woill be open from 10.00 til 5.oo mon to sat and til 10.00pm wednesday eveing table fees will apply for all games at 50p hour. Barb... You may want to better construct this post so it can be a bit more informative and a lot easier to read. Further, it would probably be in your best interest to edit this to make you look a little more competent, since your approach is going to make a lot of people question your ability to organize and run a full-fledged campaign.

Beyond this, you're charging your players an entry fee for the campaign, and then charging them again for table use. You may want to rethink this, since your total table time for the campaign will, despite being potentially less than the prize, itself, overshadow the prize, since your players will have to shell out an additional 30 quid, if not more, in order to play all of their games.

Furthermore, your hours are set such that if you do end up with a substantial number of players, you're going to choke your tables on Wednesdays and Saturdays, since most people with jobs will be at them during your normal shop hours. Sorry to put holes in your campaign, but it's way too much take and not nearly enough give, based on what information you're providing here.
