Next up after NUTS is "Normandy Battles: Wargaming D-Day and Beyond".

JP from Battlefront posted this in the forum (before it was deleted):

It's ours and Amazon are naughty for putting it up but we dont deal with them directly so they hardly ever follow the timing we hand out.

"Normandy Battles contains the best scenarios from the original D-Day series of books, as well as the Battlefront Studio's favourite web scenarios, and updates them for the third edition and the two D-Day compilations. It also includes rules and scenarios for airborne landings and amphibious assaults. The revised Total War rules put a new twist on larger games, giving you battalions additonal abilities and allowing you to field entire support companies."

Its out on 10th Nov.
It is the same size and specifications as a Wargames Illustrated (120pages).
It will be UK £8.00 Euro € 10.00 US$12.00 OZ $14.00 NZ $18.00
It has no lists or clarifications to do with any other books.
It is a book about gaming and scenarios not lists or arsenals.

This weeks update will have a more complete version of what I have just said.

Sounds like a updated version of the DAS BOOK.
It does sound like a interesting book for the scenarios.I know i still use my das book alot when planning and playing.Even though the pages have seperated from the binding.

Guess I'll have to touch base with folks when it is released to see if they've changed any of the scenarios or just copied them from the original D-Day series of books. I still have all the original books, so don't really need to purchase this one if nothing has really changed.

Only playing brits means that flames of war as been decidedly nice to my wallet for some time now.
