So the BRB says if you have 2 close combat weapons you gain +1 attack (probably not exact wording but I'm a deployed soldier soIdon't have my rules handy). So the nid codex says claws and teeth are counted as normal close combat weapons. My question is does a Tervigon, that comes with claws and teeth, if upgraded with Scything Talons or Crushing Claws (additional close combat weapons) get a natural +1 to it attacks due to having 2 close combat weapons? Trygons get a natural +1 for 2 sets of Scything Talons so isnt this the same boat?

No. As per the Tyranid codex, Tyranids do nit use close combat weapons. As such.

Check the first page of the Tyranids rules (page # escapes me, codex is elsewhere).

Unfortunately, no. While I don't have the exact wording as I don't have my codex with me, the Nid codex does explicitly state that Nids never get bonuses from multiple CCWs.

Tyranid creatures do not wield close combat weapons as such, and as a result never receive bonus attacks for fighting with more then one close combat weapon - these bonuses are already included in the creatures profile.

Nids have no CCWs. They have Biomorphs that give bonuses to their melee attacks, and unlike normal CCWs they all stack with each other.
So a unit with Scything Talons, venom glands, and Boneswords rerolls 1s, has poison, and its attacks ignore armor saves while also causing ID on a failed Ld test for the victim.
If they were CCWs you would have to choose one to attack with.
