At first look I almost closed the page because it totally gave the vibe of "another fantasy MMO". However I watched the video and read the content... then threw $30 at it. Their concept of having a living evolving world where the NPCs are doing their thing and Monsters aren't just spawning randomly intrigues me. They then stated that the map is true world sized and generated which made my inner explorer kinda squee.

The NPCs have their own traits down to hobbies, family, and NPC friends. It's like a very DnD game MMO style it seems.

They are making some rather big claims, but if true it seems it could be rather awesome. The only thing that has yet to be see is what combat and NPC interaction look like since they are claiming rather complex AI. However the story and world being the forefront rather then just action seems a little refreshing.

I fell in love with game only a short while back. It has everything I wanted in a MMO and some things I didn't know I wanted^^ They have an extensive developer's log and I found tons of info on their forums. I donated to their kickstarter and now I want to make sure the word gets out cause really, I am already bored with gw2 and this stuff sounds great.

It honestly looks like a mediocre mod for Oblivion. Interesting concept, but the rest of the game is horribly outdated. Unless you have an established fan base or an extremely polished, innovative, high quality product there is no reason to even attempt to make an MMO.

I for one feel that the priorities are being spent on the tools, and then gameplay, rather than art that may be outdated by the time they finish the tools and gameplay. Sure the pictures appear outdated, but to see where they are headed we can look up more information that is coming out. In fact I found something interesting regarding the technical bits of the engine, and it being shown via flyby, in a youtube vid:

One of the primary things you might notice is that the game does not need to load zones, which is shown in the video. And you'll also see quite a bit of objects on the screen at once. That's a lot of detail juggling going on.
