So after reading the new chaos codex I have a two-part question?
1.- In Abaddons profile he has the mark of chaos ascendent and it states "He also has all four Marks of Chaos" does that mean abaddon can unlock all cult marines as troops due to having these marks?
2.- If this does applie do the kills made by Abaddon add to the Tallyman of Nurgle's tally if allied with daemons?

1 is easy:
No, as having a Mark itself doesn't unlock anything, it's the specific First Among Chosen rule that does the unlocking. The Master of Traitors rule is specifically for Chaos Lords.

2 is fairly simple as well. Anthing with the mark of nurgle jacks up your tallyman count. He has all four marks so he jacks up the count. cheers.
