I was wondering if one can use a glaze such as Waywatcher Green to produce some lighting effect, in my case, some light around the eyes of Necron Warriors. Has anyone tried that with good result? Or do glazes not work that way and I should not bother with them for lighting purposes?
Thanks!

they can work as lighting effects, depending on how you painted ur necrons, i would possibly lighten up the area around wit the necron compound drybrysh and the adding the green glaze over that, with the glaze let it dry in layers, naturally the more layers of the glaze you apply the darker it will look, but the silver under the glaze will add a nice lighting effect.
