All Necron's allies are concidered enemy units (no battle bros)

Immotech's storm lord power seems like it would effect allied detachments as they are concidered enemy units - is this the case per RAW?

Also, blood swarm nano scarab states that it is placed in a unit from an "enemy army". Does this refer to your allied Detatchment as well?

I'd love to hear your insight with this.

Yes, Imhoteks Lord of Storm affects allies of convenience and desperate allies. Exactly same problem happens with Farseers and Runes of Warding.

Your units in your army lists allied detachments are not units in/from the enemy army (ie your opponents army), so those aren't eligible targets for blood swarm scarabs.
