Very straightforward and semi flexible list. Please comment on tweaks/changes to the list and let me know what you think! My biggest problem is that I will be lacking midfield psychic protection unless I can figure out a way to get the RP up there (would it be worth dropping a GH from a plas squad?). I am unsure if the whole IG sniper support idea will work.

Ok, couple of things.

Firstly, even if you plan on swapping out your powers for Divination you still need to give your Rune Priest psychic powers. Give him some situational ones so that there may be situations where they're more useful.

Also, your IG allies are illegal, you can't just take a Platoon Command Squad. You have to take a whole Platoon, a PCS does not qualify as a choice. Maybe take Veterans instead.

I like this list. The snipers won't do a lot, but they look more like backfield objective campers than anything else. If that's the case, you might consider an ADL or at least camo-cloaks for them (in for form of forward sentries for the vets) to keep them alive. Maybe drop the HB and possibly something else to afford it.

The TDA combi-plas SS terminators are weird. Although with a drop list, they could work extremely well. Those GHs will be very durable.

3 Vendettas will rule the skies, but do you need 3? Remember they are a squadron, so that's 9 TL lascannons at one target per turn. It's kind of over-kill to take out other (AV12 max) fliers, and your melta GHs can deal with AV14.

I agree that three is overkill, but against armies that I need the aa I think I will be losing one on average a turn (necrons or other IG armies). I want to try three, but may eventually cut down to two.

The combi plas SS termis are solely to get the extra plas shot on landing to add that little bit of extra suppression. While the 2+ 3++ is for the obvious survivability, rerolling 1s in CC for one turn really works well for termi armor. ADL is something that may be worth taking, at this moment I dont know if the league and tourney are allowing fortifications, if not Ill play test with some camo cloaks.

I'm aware what the combi-plas are for, and I really like the idea of it. I've just never seen it done like that. I used WG with the 2+ 3++ and a PW before for sitting my GHs on objectives. It's insane how they can just shrug off shooting. If anything comes to challenge them they still laugh.

You're right, you probably need a buffer in there. Other IG fliers will be the worst problem, I doubt necrons will be able to take off 6 HP.

All in all, it's a really good list! I wish you luck, and I might steal some of this. I've been looking for a cheap way to sneak 2 vendettas in my wolves, but I always go over board and get too much from the IG codex until it's basically IG with a couple of wolves.

What does everybody think about adding a plas pistol and a power axe to the GH squads? I would drop the HB from the vets and one of the Vendettas.

This would ultimately grant me 5 plas shots on the landing and 3 for every turn following. The PA gives me a bit more survivability on that awkward first turn after the drop. The problem is this makes each of my 7 man squads worth over 200 points with a transport.
