Hi I'v been thinking of doing a painting blog for a while to help motivate me with my painting. Id say I'm definitely an amateur painter but hungry to get better.

Perhaps a wash and a second highlight, coupled with more details being picked out with a second colour.

Needs wash and highlighting, also build up the colors to what you're going for if you want a more realistic look, right now it's a bit cartoony...if that's the aesthetic that you're going for then great, if not, then build up to dem colors.
