Lots of new toys! I like it! Only thing I'm not so sure about is the DP... might be better to get a Sorcerer with a Mark of Tzeentch to make your Thousand Sons into a Troops unit, and with some BRB psychic powers he could be a force-multiplier for some of those standard CSM. He'd be a heckuva lot cheaper too, freeing up space to add in another unit!
However, I've been dying to know how a DP with the Black Mace does in battle, so let us know how it does if you decide to stick with it!

No matter what mark they have, I can paint them as my Legion of choice, correct? Other than the 1k sons of course

Yeah I don't think marks are WYSIWYG, so paint them up however you want! I don't go to tournaments often, so I am not worried about it coming up for me, but you might want to double check if you go to a lot of tournies just to be sure.
