I don't actually use Chariots in my Army, mainly because I can't use them and secondly because they don't really fit into my playstyle but I can see there uses on paper and in theory at least.

I take it that you want to have a fast hard hitting army where you can choose the combats that you want and where you want them to be fought? If this is not the case let me know as this really affects the army build as well as character choice and load out.

Ok from the Top, Tomb Kings in my Experience typically work best with 2-3 Characters;
1. Heirophant, if you want a chariot heavy army I urge you to take a level 4 with the Lore of Nehekhara as this will enable you to move your units where you want them to be moved as well as replenishing fallen troops.
2. General, this can of course be your Heirophant but personally I like to not have all my eggs in the one basket. Again I like to have a seperate Level 4 Lore depending on what you want your army to achieve.

At 2000 points you need a lvl 4, and you need catapults to be effective, I understand you probably like chariots, lol but you need to limit it down a bit to get a few other things that will really pull the army together. Also horse archers are fairly useless due to the point cost you are better off taking 2 skeleton archers instead, archers rarely need to move to be effective. If you are set on using 3 liche priest, you have to have a hierotitan since you get the extra casting value, letting you get more spells off for less dice used and with 3 casters you will want to try and silng 4+ spells a turn. Normally this is hard to achieve with less than 10 power dice.
