Somewhere in the Galactic East

Since flyers were introduced into the standard 40K game, does that mean forge world non super heavy or gargantuan critter flyers can make an appearance? I'd love yo use my flight pad of Thunderbolts and Lightnings against those darling hamster cages the Space Mahreens call a 'Flyer'...

The book IA Aeronautica has plenty of rules for flyers and some anti-flyer units, many of which fit into standard 40K (there is a stamp symbol on the page for these units saying so) but since it is still an IA book I would recommend getting either your opponents or TOs permission, depending on what situation you are in (friendly game, tournament, etc)
