Hiya Dakka. Been away from the forums for a bit. Just hopping in to pose a question on the heldrake. I just picked one up, and haven't yet started the project. I am curious if it is better to paint this in sub assemblies or as the entire model? Has anyone finished one yet? What did you learn about the assembly and painting? Any tips will be appreciated.

Thanks Dakka.
Jason.

This Is Where the Fish Lives

I don't have one yet, but judging on the size of the model and the level of detail, I will assume that it easier to paint in in sub-assemblies instead of all at once.

They're sending posters that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing strawmen. They're bringing spam. They're trolls. And some, I assume, are good people."
