These prices don't include shipping. I try to charge as close to actual shipping as I can; if I overcharge by more than $2.00, I'm happy to refund some to you. I generally ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation if it's under 13 ounces. I've found that I can ship something the size of the small USPS flat rate box for about $3.00-$3.50 or so to the
CONUS, so use that as your judgment. Bigger books will likely need a bigger package, but again, I'm doing what I can to keep it cheap. Everything will be shipped from zip code 50325.
