After tweaking the list and making it more and more fine tuned for an all-comers tournament, this is what I ended up with. What do you guys think? Any glaring weaknesses my enemy can exploit or is it a pretty vicious TAC list as is?

Would appreciate any input as this is going to be my final list for the upcoming tournament I'm entering.

I feel this is a really solid list.
I would prefer ML to MM as it is more flexible.
Your only difficulty will be trying to down flyers.

Your HQ could be better but that is minor.

Are your scouts standard bolter scouts?

possibly drop speeders in favor of a flier?

I think the list looks pretty good

I'm not sure about the Storm Talon...it feels too much for it's points once you give it a Typhoon ML. Even at it's base it feels too much.

Scouts are standard Bolter scouts yes.

The stormtalon may seem pricey but you get speed and the ability to tackle flyers at a solid BS. Not much else can do this right now for C:SM. 155pts is a lot when you compare it to the vendetta, which is as we all know very under costed. The dakka jet is also 130 with necessary upgrades but it is weaker AV, weaker BS, and less powerful weapons so they seem pretty well in line. Test it out. Proxy it in some games and see if it works. You can't be sure until you actually try it.

Stormtalons are worse than typhoon land speeders for sure but the stormtalon is the best/only option for hitting flyers.
It is probably wrong to say flyers are broken and probably wrong to say flyers are the part of 40k which makes the game unbalanced. However, if you do not have a stormtalon and you face a flying list you will need a little bit of luck on your side.
