My mate insists that as the combibolter is a part of the Talon of horus it gets the shred USR as well. Last time I looked it included it in the weapon but used a different profile correct?

You use the profile of a combi-bolter when you shoot and the profile of the talon of horus when you use it in cc. The combi-bolter doesn't get shred as a combi-bolter as per pg 65 does not have the shred usr.

I figured, its how I read it a week ago, but I've misremembered things before so just wanted to get confirmation just in case. Cheers
