Here's a list I'm tooling with. I welcome your advice, with a caveat. It's a custom craftworld/fluffy list. I want to stay fast and mobile, but I'm looking for ways to streamline the list to get the most bang for the buck.

Here goes:

Eldar Detachment:

Farseer: 55
Jetbike: 30
Stones: 20
Warding: 15
Fortune: 30
Guide: 20
Singing Spear: 3
Total: 173

Fire Dragons w/ Flamer Exarch: 108
- Falcon w/Shuricannon: 120

Wraithguard: 175
- Wave Serpent w/Twin-Linked Shuricannon: 100

Harlequins w/TM, DJ, SS, 2x Fusion Pistols, 9x Harlequin Kisses: 296

With Helions as a scoring unit, that leaves me 4 scorers on hi-speed gear. The Farseer is a problem, but with a Wraithlord and Wraithguard, I figure I need the psyker around. I'm flexible on the HQ. Thoughts?

Welcome to Dakka! First rule of forum etiquette; no individual points costs for upgrades, at most only full unit costs.

The wraithlord looks terrible with this list, as he's really slow as the rest of the army is really fast. I doubt the Farseer will want to both ride with the Wraithguard to get really close to the enemy while the Wraithlord also hobbles up 7-12 inches a turn ... I see the Wraithlord getting shot down before he does anything. I reccommend cutting him for something else.

I like the Wraithguard, maybe find a Warlock with Conceal, then park your Farseer with either the Wraithguard or the Harlequins. Probably the Wraithguard, though it depends on the game.

You have a lack of big shooting and some very frail units (see 3 Jetbike squads). I don't have the DE dex, but if you can still put an Archon on a Helion with the Shadowfield, I might think about doing that.

Though honestly, if I took DE allies, I'd drop the Wraithlord and some points somewhere else for a Ravager in a heartbeat, you cannot turn down 3 BS4 Brightlances at that cost.
